Cancellation & Early Departure
Because of our limited size, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. Cancellations and changes made 60 days or more prior to arrival will result in a refund of your advance deposit for the accomodations. Cancellations and changes made 60 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of your advance deposit. When reserving a package (like wedding arrangements) the entire advance deposit is non-refundable. All deposits are non-transferable to alternate dates, however you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your intended stay. If you cancel your reservation, be sure to note your cancellation number for your records. Please note, that if we have special promotions they are completely non-refundable.

Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm.
Room Requests
Due to the limited number of rooms, we regret that we cannot guarantee room assignments, however we will try to accommodate your request.

Seaviewvilla can offer you a private chef who is very flexible both to catering tastes as well as to special dietary requirements.

Please do not be afraid to ask what things are, to talk to the chef, if you have special needs or concerns. Our cooks are trained in the highest standards of cleanliness and we pride ourselves on providing this service of the best quality.

When you are staying in our villa, you can choose to bring your own food and let our chef prepare it to your taste.(for an additional cost)

Tax & Gratuities

Your room/villa rate is subject to 25% Government tax.

No Shows
Should you not show up for your intended visit, your entire advance deposit will be retained. If you cancel your reservation, be sure to note your cancellation number for your records.

Deposit & Payments

An advance deposit is required to confirm your reservation. When reserving a package, a 30% deposit is required. When reserving our special promotions, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Forms of payment: cash or by bank.

 

Cancelations:
Less than 30 days before check in date: NO REFUND
Between 30 days and 60 days before check in date: 50% REFUND
More than 60 days before check in date: TOTAL REFUND
Deposit for events: NO REFUND
